3. Why Shop with You?

   The concept for the store came about when I had the need to purchase good quality Islamic  Clothing, yet had to always order from the Middle East, in doing so I was cautious about the quality and shipping charges and sadly on more than one occasion I was proven right.So, I thought it would be wonderful to have a store located in Great Britain that is run by a woman for women, who hand picks the items for the shop personally with care and attention. Who, is concerned about quality and customer satisfaction.

   Our office is open between 10.30am - 2.30pm (UK GMT) Monday to Thursday. Although if you email us outside of these hours we really try to get back to you with an answer within 24 hours.

Ordering

1. Placed an order what happens next?

   We will confirm your order by email, then prepare the order and ship it out to you, at that point you will receive a second email detailing the items sent to you and a tracking number.

2. I want to cancel my order?

   No problem, let us know within two days of placing any order and we will happily refund you any monies we have recieved.
   

3. Can I have my order then pay?

   Orders will not leave The Muslim Clothing Store until paid in full.

   Currently we accept PayPal payments, and also process Credit/Debit Card payments through PayPal

Returns/Refunds

1. Do you accept Returns?

   Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for unused/un-tailored items with their original tags, within 14 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted, on items purchased more than 30 days ago.

2. What is the process for returning items?

   In order to process your return/exchange - please email us at Return-Refunds@themuslimclothingstore.com to let us know that you are making a return/exchange within seven days of purchase. This will insure your return/exchange is an easy transaction. Please state the problem clearly in your email. Our customer service will help youwith any questions.

   Packaging your return - Send your return package back using a shipping method of your choice that allows the parcel to be tracked. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your PayPal statement.

   
   

   Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. If the original packaging can't beused, please use a quality bag or box. Seal the package securely with tape. Affix a label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or gluewhen affixing the label. Please Allow 14 Days. 3. How are postage/packaging charges determined?

   Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total weight, plus the'signed for' postage depending on the country of destination. Packaging is based on the cost of materials used for packing the merchandise.

4. Delivery to alternative addresses?

   We class your 'billing address' asthe address your credit/debit card statements are sent to/PayPal address. This is the default address to which we send your goods. We do not send parcels to alternative/gift addresses.

5. Where is my tracking information?

   Insha'Allah when you place an order and it is shipped we send you an email withyour tracking number and a link where you can check the status of your order.

6. Combined postage/shipping?

   We Offer Combined Postage, Don’t worry about combined shipping, it is automatically calculated on checkout once you have finished shopping. Combined Postage for UK and World Wide Buyers - After the first item, we reduce the cost of each items postage.

7. Customs Taxes?

   Custom Taxes are set by the countries that the parcels are delivered too, not by the sender, hence we are not responsible for taxes incurred. For more information please contact your local customs office.

   In the event of the parcel getting lost in the postal system, we always work with the buyer and the Mailing Company, to resolve the situation to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 15 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED(FROM DISPATCH OF GOODS ROYAL MAIL.COM POLICY) BEFORE BEING ABLE TO  CHASEOR REPLACE ORDERS. Please email us the details of any orders you believe to be missing when this time has elapsed.

Custom Abaya

1. Ordering Deadlines?

   We do not have ordering deadlines anymore! yay!.. you can order at any time.

2. What is the process to order a Custom Abaya?

   To order a Custom Madde Bling Abaya, decide which Abaya you love! Then choose the material, add your measurements to the special instructions, go through the checkout process as normal, and then try to be patient.

3. Which Bling Abaya are available to be Custom Made?

   All Custom Abayat start with 'C' in the coding for example CB322

    

   
   

4. Taking measurements?

   You will need a measuring tape and someone to help you place and read the measuring tape. Take all measurements at least twice. Take measurements in inches or centimetres with an extra margin to allow for modesty and ease of movement. Our tailors make the Abaya to the measurements you give so triple check if needed.The table below gives some idea as to the correct positioning of the tape measure. Check our Custom Made Bling Size Chart for some hints.

5. Material?

   You have the choice of having your Abaya made in 3 different types of material. Crepe (Interent) -100% non see through polyester, Crepe Lexus - Polyester and wool peach mix, Satin - smooth and silky cloth.

6. Manufacturing and Delivery Time scale for Custom Abaya?

   The delivery time for customized abayat (made to measure) outfits takes up to 4 weeks due to the handwork and craftsmanship that goes into each piece of garment, so please allow us some flexibility to ensure that we deliver to the highest standards that you expect from us.

7. Can I Return my Custom Abaya for a refund?

   Custom Abaya - Items will be refunded only if items received have manufacturing defects.
   

8. I have changed my mind?

   Custom Abayat, we will not do refunds due to change of mind or sizing issues (checkyour measurements twice).
